Accredited Investors

We are able to open opportunities in our funds only to investors considered "accredited" by the SEC. An accredited investor must meet one of following three requirements:

• Income: Has an annual income of at least $200,000, or $300,000 if combined with a spouse’s income. This level of income should be sustained from year to year.

• Professional: Is a “knowledgeable employee” of certain investment funds or holds a valid Series 7, 65 or 82 license.

• Net Worth: Has a net worth of $1 million or more, either individually or together with a spouse, but excluding the value of a primary residence.

• Entity: An entity in which all equity owners are accredited investors, or one which has at least $5 million in assets.

Once at the portal logon page, if you're a first time visitor, simply press "Sign Up" and after just a few simple questions (like your email address and state of residence), you'll gain access to information you can use to evaluate if our offerings are right for you. You'll set your own password, and will be able to log in when you return to the Investor Portal page (just press the "Portal" button).

When you are ready to subscribe to our fund, you'll use your Investor Portal logon to initiate our brief, automated on-boarding process.

By the way, as an investor, you'll use the same portal to securely access your documents, tax forms, and informational updates.
