Joe Williams
Although he is best known as the Co-Founder of Keller Williams Realty, the worlds largest privately owned RE Franchise, Joe has worn many hats in the industry, Broker, builder, developer, trainer are just a few. He has been a force in the commercial real estate market for decades. He has a nationwide perspective of opportunities which has allowed him to form successful development partnerships across the Sunbelt for years.
Richard Gary
Richard came to his commercial real estate career after 25 years in the high tech start-up industry. He has leveraged his world-wide sales experience to reach a network of investors, buyers, and sellers with years of outstanding results. For the past several years, Richard has also partnered with Joe Williams' development organization to identify and execute many successful investments, to the delight of their investors.
Harsh Kejriwal
Harsh has been an active investor in the Austin real estate market, the founding partner of a targeted investment firm, and a co-developer of several hotel, multi-family, and commercial shopping development ventures. His background is in global sales and executive management, having had both global sales and executive management experience at different Fortune 500 companies as well as executive experience for startups.
Carl Kessler
Carl has been a partner in several of Joe Williams' development group projects over the past several years. He brings analytical and operational expertise formed from his 30 year career in technology, where his personal business responsibility ranged from the $100Ms to $1Bs, and leadership scope extended world-wide across thousands of engineers. Carl holds six patents, has co-authored a textbook on software engineering, and has taught business at the undergraduate and MBA level.
