Acquiring the right property, it at the right price, is always the foundation of a real estate investment. The next step is horizontal preparation, meaning the roads, utility runs, drainage, and other site preparation. Then the vertical build, where we depend on trades to be available in a timely and cost-effective manner, and on materials to be delivered and consistently priced. Finally, there's the marketing of the project.
